Helzberg Diamonds

Wife and I have many purchases from here. Brought in a relatively expensive set of earrings to get repaired, however. Twice they repaired the earrings “backwards “, which when worn, have the diamonds facing rearward. Although no fault of the ladies working the counter (Robin, who is very helpful ), it would seem that if you made your living repairing jewelry, you would pay closer attention! Very disappointed…

My husband and I came into the Helzberg Diamond store to make a purchase and we were surrounded by the employees from the front, back & both sides. We had to give our Driver's license in order to look at said item.. We felt very uneasy and unwelcome as a buying customer. I was overwhelmed with how close they was on us. Helzberg Diamonds staff behaved more like sharks that work as security guards than helpful Diamond experts. Our experience was terrible. My husband and I left with that very unpleasant experience and took our money to another Diamond Store that gave us a lovely shopping experience and purchase. We will never shop at Helzberg Diamonds In the Augusta Mall again.

Tay was super helpful and very knowledgeable. She helped me pick out the perfect engagement ring!
