Barnes & Noble

Visited midsummer (2025) and dawdled before I got it together to post a review and the pictures. Went with family to enjoy some exercise without burning up in the Georgia heat with my 70+ YO Dad, Stepmom, son & DIL, grandbaby, brother and new SIL. It was a highlight of the mall as it had something for everyone. There were more games and toys than I recalled my last visit. They had range from infant to adult, from mystery to science based. The cafe was lively and all the tables were filled. It was clean and well ordered. It smelled nice. The water closets were tidy and well stocked. The staff seemed sparse but hard working. They were friendly without being pushy. The store was organized. The displays were nice and seemed vast in the array they offered. Though we didn't linger for too long, it was pleasant and enjoyable. The only complaint I could offer would be that there was so little seating through the store it was difficult for my parents to be comfortable as long as my grand wanted to browse and choose his goodies. I appreciated that things were sturdy and baby-proof, colorful and fun. A nice way to spend the afternoon. It was good to remind myself how much I have missed bookstores. Online just misses the magic.

Love this Barnes and noble, they have a great selection for manga, box sets, trading cards, and D&D stuff. Also plenty of Lego’s scattered around, same with the kids sections. Wish they would make the manga and comics section a bit more obvious but considering some of them are a bit spicier I can definitely see why they have the layout like that.

Barnes & Noble is always a great place to visit! They have a wonderful variety of books covering every interest and genre, along with plenty of fun nicknacks and unique items that make browsing even more enjoyable. It’s one of those stores where you can easily spend hours exploring and always walk out with something you love.
