Great Deals On Furniture

I’m currently shopping around for a new living room set and was interested as you seem to have a nice selection however I left without really looking around due to sales woman “stalking”. I clearly stated upon entry that I was looking and would let her know if I needed assistance or had any questions yet she followed us around. I don’t do pushy sales people, it’s a shame bc if she works on commission she could have potentially made a sale today had she given me space I don’t not accept your reply, if you feel giving space is conveniently being 10 ft away everywhere in the store then so be it but again if a customer states they will come get you for assistance or questions then leave them alone to look. Good customer service is being able to read the customer and accepting that some people want hand holding style services while others want to look around and gather their thoughts.

Mr. Bless and Jerry were extremely friendly and “funny” — in the best way! They had us laughing with their jokes and made the whole delivery experience enjoyable. Their service commitment was stellar. They accommodated all of our requests with a smile and truly went above and beyond. We couldn’t have asked for a better delivery team!

Several months ago my daughter and I went to several local furniture stores trying to find her a sectional. We ended up at GDOF and the experience was awesome. Ms. Renee was knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. Several months later I decided to return for myself and I found several pieces of furniture to redo the look in my house and I can say I am more than satisfied! My furniture is beautiful. It changed the entire look of my house. Kelly and Jennifer(Jessica) made the final sales experience a breeze. The entire staff was welcoming and genuinely engaging. I highly recommend GDOF!!!😍
