FLOWERS ON BROAD

They created a BEAUTIFUL lily handheld bouquet, boutonnière and a large bouquet for my daughter’s special day. I gave them a photo and they did the rest! I had contacted a few other florists that morning but they didn’t have the lilies we wanted but Flowers on Broad did! The staff was extremely accommodating, although my request needed turn around in less than a day. Also, the shop carries some beautiful holiday items. In any case, my daughter loved the large bouquet of flowers that survived a long trip. All three purchases way exceeded expections. Bonus: the prices were less than I expected!

We planned our daughter's wedding with Brent at Flowers on Broad! Brent was extremely professional and provided amazing service! His team showed up on time and went above and beyond to decorate for the wedding. I could not have asked for a more beautiful arrangement of decor and flowers! If you are in need of flowers for any occasion, I would, hands down, recommend Flowers on Broad!

My daughter ordered a deluxe bouquet for Mother’s Day, but it was delivered very late in the day because the delivery driver forgot to load it onto the van. When it finally arrived around 5 p.m., the flowers were droopy and looked completely unarranged—almost as if they had just been dropped into the vase. To make matters worse, no one is answering the phone or responding to messages, so we haven’t been able to get any explanation or resolution. This has been very disappointing, especially given the occasion and the price she paid."
