Catholic Social Services is WONDERFUL! They are always happy to receive donations and the staff is always Friendly! 100% would recommend!

I just left this building and the middle aged red haired woman behind the register did not want to ring up any of my friends up (I didn’t purchase anything so I was waiting to the side) and made them all wait in line for the other cashier. It was not because she was too busy because someone else who came after us was helped by her immediately. My friend has had multiple rude experiences with her before now so it does seem to be personal on the employee’s end. If you can’t handle the presence of the younger generation without glaring at them their entire visit with suspicious eyes and mistreating them maybe start considering retirement.

I want to love this place. I always find something I like, and the prices are great. But every time I go, the staff is UNBELIEVABLY rude. I feel so unwelcome when I shop here, they do not greet me or barely even speak when I check out, and when I am shopping I notice them watching me constantly. Any time I use the dressing room they act like it is an inconvenience to unlock the door. I can genuinely say I have only ever had a SINGLE hospitable interaction with an employee. I do feel like it is because of my age, as a young woman I experience hostility but I notice the staff making conversation and even laughing with the older crowd. When I approach, they are stone-faced. This is just a suspicion, but it happens EVERY time and it just feels like it’s more than a coincidence. Like I said, I want to like this place more, but I seriously dread shopping here because of the way the staff treats me.
