We are new to Augusta and purchased our home with Jen Creasy as our realtor. First, let me say that Jen began her work with us a year-and-a-half prior to our purchase when she gave me a real estate tour as a job candidate. She worked to make sure I got a good feel for properties all over the CSRA; if you ever have job candidates, she’s a great person to show them around! Fast forward: My partner and I both got jobs here and decided to rent a year while we got a feel for the area. Through the rental process, while it was not her job, Jen steered us toward helpful information. Over the next year, we corresponded via text regularly about various listings. A week before our first baby was due to be born (of course!), we found a home we loved; two days before the baby was born, our offer was accepted.
