Universal Plumbing did an excellent job diagnosing and fixing a leak we originally thought was just a clogged washing machine drain. Our technician, Seycan, went above and beyond by thoroughly inspecting the crawlspace, moving appliances, and carefully tracing the real source of the problem. He discovered a hidden pipe leak behind the wall and repaired it with great precision and minimal damage. His professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication were outstanding. This is exactly why we trust and continue to call Universal Plumbing. Highly recommend!

We could not be more pleased each time we have to use Universal! Each time we have needed service they have had someone out within a day; usually within hours. Each plumber/technician that has come out has also been great, including yesterday! Aikeem was very friendly, explained everything throughly, and made sure that I knew all of my options and the cost associated with each one. John showed up on time for appointment. He inspected my hot water heater, was thorough and truthful on his findings. My wife and I decided to replace the unit, we scheduled an appointment. John arrived on time! He installed the new tank, checked to ensure everything was in working order.
