Maybe my expectations were too high, maybe it's my fault for scheduling a cleaning last minute, but I am very disappointed in the quality of the cleaning provided. I moved to the area out of state. One thing I forgot to do was schedule a cleaning service for my home before I moved in. I called Home Clean Heroes on 12/1, and they were able to squeeze in a move-in deep cleaning the very next day. I had called a couple other cleaners before calling Home Clean Heroes, and none were able to fit a cleaning in prior to my move in date (my fault, I know). They all were able to quickly provide a quote after getting the square footage and number of rooms. Home Clean Heroes requires getting all your contact information and going through a 10 minute process before getting a quote. I scheduled the deep cleaning prior to move in because Homr Clean Heroes was highly rated, and they were the only one who had availability. They charged $500 for the deep clean, with a 3% credit card fee. They said they would take 5% off for mikitary/first responders, but they did not on my final bill. When I arrived at my new home on 11/4, I did a walk through prior to moving anything in. I was very disappointed in the cleaning. The house was already fairly clean before I called Home Clean Heroes, as the previous owner clearly cleaned themselves before moving out. I was hoping for a deep clean as advertised, "ensure that every square foot of your space is spotless" and "ensure your new home is free from dust, grime, and any remnants of previous occupants". I knew they would not get every nook and cranny, but the amount of dirt and dust I found was way more than I should find only two days after a $500 deep clean. There was visible dirt on the counter. Wiping the counter with a wet paper towel or even just my fingers revealed even more dirt and dust. This was tge main counter in the kitchen, not any hidden or hard to reach spot. The ceiling fan in the dining room was the same situation. I just wipe with a wet paper towel, no cleaning supplies or anything, was able to get dust off. I didn't bother checking any of the other ceiling fans. The hardwood floor right in the living room had visible dirt on it. I'm not 100% sure what it was, like compacted dust or something, but I was able to wipe it up with a finger. Clearly not swept or mopped. The window sills and the tops of the window where the latches are were a concern I mentioned over the phone. Some parts were definitely cleaned, but other parts were still dirty. Once again, easily seen spots that I was able to wipe up with just a wet finger. Last note, but not the last issue found, was that the backslash walls in the kitchen has visible food splatters. I would not expect a cleaning company to clean every wall in the house, but the visible food splatters in the kitchen should have been cleaned as part of a deep clean. Overall I am very disappointed in this service. I only gave 2 stars because they were able to fit in a "cleaning" last minute, but I give the actual cleaning 0 stars. I'm just not sure what they cleaned. I don't know how many cleaners were here, but it was at least two since the message said "Tykeya and the rest of your grime-fighting team" were the ones cleaning, and I know they were there almost 4 hours. Two or more people cleaning an empty house for nearly four hours and charging over $500 should have given much better results that what I walked into at my new house.

Home Clean Heroes has been fantastic, especially my housekeeper, Maria Chantaca. She does an excellent job maintaining my home and is consistently thorough, reliable, and detail-oriented. My home always feels clean and refreshed after her visits, and it’s clear she takes pride in her work. I truly appreciate Maria and highly recommend both her and Home Clean Heroes.

I initially had high hopes for this cleaning service. My first experience was excellent; the cleaner was efficient, completing the entire residence in three hours and doing a truly spectacular job. However, I was unaware that requesting the same cleaner for each subsequent visit was necessary. Unfortunately, the quality of service declined significantly after that first visit. The second cleaner spent three hours solely on my living room and downstairs bathroom, claiming she didn't go upstairs. My lower floor consists of a kitchen, playroom, living room, guest bedroom, and bathroom. She only vacuumed the living room and cleaned the bathroom. Furthermore, items went missing after that visit. When I inquired, she stated she was unaware of the house's size (despite the square footage being clearly stated when accepting the job). Each subsequent cleaner proved to be worse than the last. The final incident was the last straw. The cleaner arrived almost two hours late, and to my dismay, brought their spouse—an individual not employed by or contracted with the company—into my home. I observed this on my security camera and immediately contacted the company, requesting that both individuals leave. In addition, they both smelled strongly of marijuana, leaving a lingering odor in my house. Between the cleaner who only cleaned two rooms and the "Bonnie and Clyde" smoking duo, I'm now missing an expensive watch and a custom-made necklace. While I'm upset about the watch, the necklace is far more distressing. It was one half of a custom set made for my wife and me and is irreplaceable. As a member of the military, I am often told I must have misplaced the necklace, despite the fact that I always keep it in the same place. Now, it is simply gone. I'm very disappointed, and while I understand others have had positive experiences, mine was quite negative. I encourage others to be cautious and aware of these potential issues.
