We were having low water pressure with a bathroom faucet, and he quickly diagnosed the issue as a kinked supply line from a previous installation. He repositioned the line and made additional handle adjustments. Chris K. had everything working perfectly in no time! Chris K. was extremely friendly, professional, and efficient. He took the time to explain what was going on and fixed it without trying to upsell anything unnecessary. Flow Pro sent him out quickly, and the price was very affordable — especially for same-day service. From scheduling to completion, the entire experience was smooth and stress-free.
