Econo Lodge Augusta North - Washington Road

Complete in total scam artist. I have been struggling and staying in this hotel for almost 2 months with my children. Not only have I’ve been making use of reward points. I’ve been very strategic in using my milestone rewards to get extra points. They also have a promotion going on right now to earn three times the points with every stay. I have earned my points and paid the nights that I did not have points to use and today this morning all of my points were wiped away from me for no reason. They claim that I did a charge back on my stay on February 14 or I requested a refund However, even in doing so, it wouldn’t have constituted in all of my points being taken. If you look at the screenshots, 9500 points were Retracted, even though one night would only cost 8000 points. The math is not math thing. Nobody can seem to give me a real answer on what happened and I’m absolutely disgusted. All of the money I’ve put into this organization for them to treat me like this is absolutely absurd. I believe this happened because I was making use of my rewards and they wanted the money instead. I know someone personally who just let me know that this has happened to them as well So I’m not the first person.

This hotel is great..Front desk was so amazing took care of all needs extremely friendly and easy check inn. Rooms are nice clean and comfy beds and have 55inch tvs in each room. TV was so big every hotel should have to have that size tv lol. Oh the vanity mirror has the push options to unfog your mirror and ability to change lights. The microwave had 2 regular plug in outlets built in the front of the microwave..Had a entire work truck back loaded with stuff tools some luggage and nobody bothered any of the stuff at all the entire night. Very very quiet and good location..Would definitely recommend and if back in this aera will stay again. Great job guys on your newly remodeled hotel and new management..

This is a great place to stay. Addy at the front desk is kind and accommodating. I travel for work and my dog comes with me. I felt he was safe there. The place is quiet and newly renovated. The Starbucks and barber shop in the same parking lot were a plus. I stayed for 2 weeks, I would definitely stay again! Very clean and very budget friendly with weekly rates.
