Comfort Suites Augusta Riverwatch

This is one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in. The rooms were very clean and well supplied with pillows galore, full size shampoos and clean everything. It was the staff that made my stay Exceptional! Everyone from housekeeping staff to kitchen Lady (wonderful breakfast) to the clerks at the front desk. Even maintenance workers were happy to help you. But it was Ms. Sandy, the daytime manager/desk attendant. She is an absolutely Joyful soul. An angel .. I mean it. She makes you feel like you're a long time friend there just to welcome you home and you were glad to be there. I WILL stay there again.

Hello, I Live in Augusta,Ga. Right down the road from this hotel and I must brag and give the comfort Inn a 5 -star recommended stay in all areas but, especially the staff members of this Hotel who I must call out most that stand out by name because the staff members were so accompanying, kind,understanding, and went above and beyond in helping my daughter with her Autistic son karter who is sever highly on the spectrum and can be somewhat of hand full from stimming eposoides! My daughter was in town having the twins who are also my grandkids which are showing signs of Autistic behavior as well... but what seems to be different forms we do not know until the results are back we pray and hope for the best in this situation of course because it could be a total of( 3) diagnosed and a possible 4th ... but unsure at the moment needless to say emotions and patience where running high ! But ,this staff went above and beyond in helping us through this difficult time. I want to first Thank Crystal the front desk clerk for booking us with a beautiful spotless room ,it smelled so wonderful and was clean also sandy who was also the evening desk clerk who asked us if she could pray for us...which we needed and We were more than happy to have her ask...Thankful and greatful because the seven of us (5 )kids (2) adults were probably a handful to say the least! Jeff who helped me get Netflix's and Disney back on line lol... with the ROKU! having animated movies on Disney for the babies to" watch" is a must ! lol... and a calming technique because the babies love animation. I was just so happy they made our stay in their Hotel a success and being understanding to the special needs we needed tension of having that many babies in one room for like ( 4 ) to (5 )days can be very overwhelming so ,Thank each of you so Much for going above and beyond and out of your normal protocol to help us feel welcomed it meant a lot to me and my family because past Hotel stays she has had to stay out -of- town for what ever reason, appts,etc. Have not been so kind and understanding. The room was old you can tell they tried to renovate the room it still looks very old. The house keepers has great customer service. The management is horrible. Sandra Floyd is very rude I called to speak with the manger because my security deposit was never returned to me. She began to scream at me at the top of her lungs. I then asked if there was someone else I could speak with sense management didn’t know proper respect and customer service. I asked her if I could get the number to corporate she yelled then stated there is no corporate. I have yet to get my security deposit back and I haven’t heard from anyone.DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
