Best bakery in Augusta, GA for custom cakes!!!! I inquired about getting a cactus themed cake for my husband for his bday. I told Erica that this means so much to me as he is the love of my life. She took the time to talk to me, and look at my reference pictures of his real cactuses. She truly went above and beyond!!! Offered 3 different price points and did an amazing job with the one I picked. She made it look so real he didn't realize it was cake!!! I will definitely be coming back here for more custom orders. I booked with Eric’s about a year before my wedding, and saying it was an amazing experience doesn’t even do it justice. From start to finish, everything was effortless—she provided a tasting box, handled delivery, and her pricing was incredibly fair. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the cupcakes, and my husband and I still wish our cake had survived the night—we would’ve loved to enjoy it again on future anniversaries.
