Absolutely terrible experience. I contacted this company expecting professional service and basic respect. Instead, I was treated extremely poorly by the owner, who was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional from the start. It felt like I was inconveniencing him just by asking about installing security cameras. Customer service clearly does not matter to this business. If this is how the owner treats potential customers, I can only imagine how they treat people after they get your money. There are plenty of other security companies in the area that actually value their customers. I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Great experience both times I’ve had their services. Everyone has been very courteous and friendly, even when my dogs would bark at them incessantly every time they walked in and out of the doors. They were efficient and got all the work done I needed within a few hours, and even installed a wooden pole to mount a box to so I can hang outdoor string lights which I thought I’d have to get done by someone else separately. I’d highly recommend them if you need electric services.

I called Eric because I was afraid there might be electrical fire hazards and I needed some things updated in my house built in 1936. He came quickly, reassured me about some of my concerns and was very patient and courteous as we discussed what I wanted done. The men he sent were great! The work was perfect, they were very eager to please, and suggestions were made and done on things I hadn’t even thought of. They cleaned up well, too! I couldn’t have been more happy and I felt the price was very reasonable for the time and professionalism. I feel secure in my house now. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
