I had the most amazing wig-fitting experience at Trendz Salon with Lisa. I’m currently undergoing chemotherapy and recently lost my long, thick hair — a change that felt overwhelming — and the Augusta University Cancer Center kindly referred me to Lisa for cranial prosthesis support. From the very first call, Lisa put me at ease: she answered right away, and within minutes I felt like I was speaking with a longtime friend. She promised I’d be in good hands, and she absolutely delivered. When my husband and I arrived, the entire team was warm and attentive. Lisa greeted us with genuine enthusiasm and care. The wig room was bright and inviting, and Lisa thoughtfully ensured privacy by locking the door and pulling the shade without me even asking — a small gesture that meant the world in such an emotional moment. Lisa listened patiently to my concerns, clearly explained my options, and took her time during the fitting and styling. She never rushed me, offered practical aftercare tips, and truly wanted me to feel confident and comfortable. I also appreciated that she included my husband in the process — he even had fun helping pick out different styles! I left the salon feeling cared for, hopeful, and a little more like myself again with two gorgeous wigs. I honestly feel like I made a lifelong friend in Lisa. I absolutely love this place the owner and everyone in there especially Lisa my wig girl! They are friendly, always professional, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else but here! It’s absolutely a clean place. Everyone seems to get along. I would call this my home away from home!😉
