TL Nails Augusta

If I could give it 0 stars I would just based off experience with my toes not being done properly. Kevin did my nails and he was phenomenal. Great conversations with doing my nails, just made me feel comfortable. The first person who started on my toes, I told him I wanted acrylic on all 10 toes, showed him a picture for inspo, the way he was laying the base down was just very sloppy so I asked him could I possible get someone else, his whole demeanor changed. Very rude, distasteful. Second person, she started to build off of his mistake which led to a not so good appearance for the toes. One foot was acrylic and the foot she worked on was tips. Now if it was done properly, you wouldn’t be able to tell the difference but his work, the toenails was lifted, her work with doing them with tips, the toenails laid flat. I tried to explain to her that I did not like them what’s so ever, her response was, “ I can clip them off and you can find someone else to do them better “. Such a bad experience and I’ll only be back to have Kevin do my nails. I told him multiple times, I wasn’t trying to be problematic. I just want my nails done right. I’m a paying customer. I deserve to have what I want if you’re still going to charge me for the half service that was provided.

Environment: Clean and organized. Staff: Pleasant. Nail Process: I had a pedicure. The massage was amazing, but the nail painting was terrible. I had to ask him to repaint 3 times. I complained about the nail polish quality (sticky/ old) when I saw the polish wall. However, the associate told me they had new ones in the back. Couldn’t have been factual based on my experience AND my toe polish started chipping the next day! Very disappointing. Price: $50

I have gone here once before, and my second time I went was about 3 weeks ago. But I have a story to share: Whatever acrylic they used on me this last time, completely melted my nails off and broke them all in half leaving them bleeding. I hadn’t gotten my nails done in a while, so they were healthy. I just soaked off my nails (as I have done on my own many times) and whatever acrylic powder they used was burning as I was soaking it off, and broke all of my nails in half and they are all bleeding now. DO NOT GO TO TL NAILS!!! If you want something in the area, go to paris nails
