Tidal Wave Auto Spa | Car Wash

Didnt wash the back portion of my car AT ALL had DUST/DIRT still on it that was coming off with just a swipe of my fingers. Also didnt remove any of the bugs off my windows, the front of my car, and bird poop was still on roof (glass roof) coming out.... first and last visit. Also you cannot pay in cash it was card only. Save your time and money and either buy the items yourself and do it or go ANYWHERE else otherwise enjoy having to wipe your whole car down with their provided microfiber towels that have trash littered in them. Edit to add the photo I took shortly after leaving. I cleaned my back and front windows myself since they werent clean after coming out but you can see just how dirty it left the top of my car. $26 for this is truly a waste. Also im not going to argue with an employee about a car wash just not washing a car in the slightest. Because if its just my car that would be one thing but it was EVERYONE who parked around me saying the same thing and what is the solution at that point? Wait a week for my money back since cc refunds take 7 to 10 business days since you dont accept cash? Go back through it for it to not wash it again? It didnt even wet the DUST on the back of my car and scratched up the side of my car as well (dont worry I know you won't be taking liability for it I read the reviews from others) my sincere advice get off if here responding to people and go work on your machinery as it has issues.

The guys working at Tidal Wave today deserve a raise. My car was the victim of the annual winter bird invasion poop-palooza. Combined with 3 days of winter weather, the car was in really rough shape. At tidal wave, I was treated well, without condescending comments, and was very impressed with worker attitudes. (It was more “let’s get this car clean!” Rather than “why is this car such a nightmare?” as I’ve experienced from other car wash places). Highly recommend their service, effort, and kind treatment of customers. My car IS clean and I’m very happy. I’ll definitely be a returning customer!

We have a subscription for washes for multiple cars so it’s totally worth it as long as you get a car wash a couple times per month. I go weekly, and I just love the employees there. They are so kind, friendly and helpful. Aaron especially is just great. He’s there all the time, works very efficiently, yet is also able to be very diligent in giving a great prewash. I appreciate this so much because my car gets parked outside (under trees) so it’s a mess! The free vacuums and drying cloths are awesome and help me keep the car in good shape. Highly recommend Tidal Wave!
