The Wellness Co. has every resource available for you! I’m participating in the GLP program, nutrition counseling, meal prep and personal training. All of the services are excellent! The GLP program allows access to a private group with immediate access to the coach and resources. I have not had any side effects. I was educated on how to fuel my body, including while eating out. Since convenience is important to me, I decided to try the meal prep service. The food is delicious and I don’t have to worry about what’s in my food. Ohhh and most importantly, it tastes GEWWWWD! The workouts are tough, but that’s what I pay for! Each time I leave the studio I feel soooo good about my progress and very happy that I decided to show up for ME! Ohhh and the studio is private! Being a part of The Wellness Co. is the best decision I’ve made for ME in a while!

The Wellness Co. is an absolute gem in downtown Augusta! Off the beaten path of Broad St., so parking is great and so so welcoming the moment I walk in. Shamika makes the entire experience feel easy, intentional, and confidence-boosting without ever being pushy. Her recommendations are spot on. This is not your everyday $19/month “show off at the gym DIY workout” spot. It’s an investment that I was hesitant to jump into but when I did, it’s become priceless. I’m usually not a Google reviewer but what pushed me to share my experience is the TRUST I’ve built in Shamika’s brand. Anyone can talk the talk, but when you can walk the walk, that shows me that she’s not only invested in her business, but all in for her clients too. Every visit leaves me feeling better (especially the next day) and more confident, and her personality and business vision fit the downtown Augusta vibe perfectly. She’s got it going on! Highly recommend.
