Thank you to Linda for addressing my situation, if you have an issues with scheduling grooming appointments to products she will help. She had my situation resolved less than a few hours. That's a concerning and kind manager! I love that this store is close to my home and reasonable prices. Always in stock. All workers are nice and helpful. Carissa you my girl! I am a new fur baby mom and had no clue what food to get or anything, she came right over and helps me find the right product etc for my baby girl. Thank you also to Brianna hope I spell your name right she will be our groomer for my baby girls need. You know your dog was taken care of when not only she smells and feels good but happy. She's nervous around others but she definitely likes you all. Linda, Carissa and Brianna 20 out a 20 job! Customer service 20! 👏🏽 See ya'll next time

I take my 2 dogs to them ... They do WONDERFUL work !!! the staff is awesome and will continue going their, been using Brianna for a few years !!

Hit and miss they don’t really have the proper care setup for they reptiles and animals at all they all looked stressed out and I know The signs I’m a reptile owner I think they should really discount there animals especially when they look sick but their tanks are the same price as Petsmart or petco so are they bugs so kind of thought they would be a upgrade
