Oak Street Health Augusta Primary Care Clinic

My husband has been trying to get an appointment since December. They say they’re going to call him back but they never did. So I called today to make an appointment. They said they were going to call me back, but they didn’t. Then I received a text with a link saying that there were no appointments available and to call back at the end of January. He has not been in to see the doctor for several months and he needs to see the doctor. This is not good at all.

I'm a fairly new patient, so I'll give it a while before sharing any specifics. So far I can say that the front office staff is friendly and the wait times have been reasonable.

Im a new patient, ive expressed since day one, I need medication. As I was without a provider for a few months due to an issue with my insurance company. Now Oak street is saying they can't see me, even for a telehealth appointment, for another 3 months. Im very disappointed. I have mental health illness. Serenity behavior health doesn't take my insurance
