Medical Associates Plus - Walton Way

The doctors and nurses are great. However, 2 black ladies receptionists were very rude to Asian and older people. My grandma was having trouble standing up, and she was uncomfortable when she couldn't stand up for a profile picture. This is my 3rd time here and both girls have the same attitude. I thought they are supposed to be nice and friendly while working at the medical environment. Hopefully, they will improve their attitude and treat everyone the same.

No one ever calls you back. You leave messages. Prior authorization was cancelled by the prescriber no attempt was made even to fill it out. Would not recommend for your PCP

You call and call and can never get anyone to answer the phone. Calling is an exercise in futility. You call the number, try to make an appointment, listen to music for five minutes, then get an answering machine. Once you do leave a message, no one calls you back. My wife tried for hours to get ahold of someone to no avail. Then I tried for about another 30 minutes, nothing except the same doom loop. Unprofessional isn't strong enough of a word. Incompetent front office staff, yeah, that's what I'm looking for...
