We’ve taken our dog here once and they completely shaved her, she’s a doodle and she was not matted but they still shaved her. We thought we’d give them another chance so we got her in last minute. They told us to bring her in at 7:30am because we didn’t have an appt. Then when we got there they turned us away because we didn’t have an appointment. The older lady at the desk admitted that she was the one who told me to come in and still didn’t attempt to make it right. And she was rude to me and my husband. We’re business owners so the way businesses handle customer service is important to us. In short, we will not be back.

Walked in for grooming and daycare for my 2 small dogs. The staff was super friendly, prices were reasonable and my dogs came home happy, so fresh & so clean. My babies absolutely love coming here! Thanks!

We started bringing Lilly here last year for daycare because of her severe separation anxiety while we were away at work, and very quickly, the staff made us feel like family! They love her like she is their own, and it is absolutely priceless to know that your baby is safe while you're away. Lilly loves going to see her friends, and I can see just how happy she is when I drop her off and pick her up! They have our full trust, and I can't thank them enough for taking such good care of us.
