I had the absolute best experience with Tom at A2Z Nail Augusta! From start to finish, he did an amazing job on my nail design and fill in. The precision, shape, and attention to detail were flawless — my nails look clean, perfectly balanced, and beautifully designed. You can truly tell he takes pride in his work and wants every client to leave happy. What stood out just as much as the incredible service was how spotless the salon was. Everything was extremely clean and well-organized, which made me feel comfortable and relaxed the entire time. Clean tools, tidy stations, and a fresh atmosphere make such a difference, and they absolutely nailed it. On top of that, every single worker in the salon was so sweet and welcoming. The positive energy in the space made the experience even better. It’s rare to find a place where both the quality of work and the customer service are equally outstanding.
